Flutter Developer to $3000

Aleori is an early-stage startup building a modern family management app with gamified organization and well-being features.

We are at the very beginning and looking for a strong Flutter developer to build our initial version and continue long-term development.

Engagement:

• Full-time commitment, FOP / freelance contract
• Fully remote, flexible hours, Berlin-based founders

Your Role:

• Build cross-platform app (iOS + Android) using Flutter  
• Implement pixel-perfect UI from Figma (animations, gestures, interactions)  
• Design the initial Flutter + Firebase architecture (Firestore, auth, security rules) for our first production version  
• Implement clean state management and scalable role-based flows
• Ensure efficient Firestore usage and basic backend logic  
• Code reviews and architecture decisions with founders 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter experience (Dart & Flutter SDK)
• Proven experience shipping real mobile apps (App Store / Google Play or internal releases)​
• Strong Firebase experience (Firestore structure, security rules, basic backend logic)
• Solid state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.) 
• Clean architecture mindset, separation of concerns, testable code
• Confident with animations and smooth, highly visual UIs
• Comfortable working in an AI-augmented development workflow (e.g., modern code assistants or AI agents)
• Git / GitHub workflow
• English: Intermediate+
