What we’re looking for:
 

• A technical mindset and interest in starting a career in IT support
• Basic understanding of how computers, operating systems, and IT tools work
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and help users find solutions
• Interest in working with user access, internal tools, and IT systems
• Education in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field 
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must
• Willingness to work from our Kyiv office (hybrid format possible)
• Openness to learning internal processes and writing basic technical documentation
   

What you’ll do:
 

• Provide first-line IT support to internal users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Handle routine IT requests and day-to-day technical questions
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions across internal systems (in coordination with HR)
• Support and maintain internal IT systems and tools
• Assist with basic automation and improvement of internal processes
• Track and manage IT assets (devices, hardware, software inventory)
• Create and keep internal documentation and guides up to date
• Ensure IT processes follow security policies and standards
