Lead Generation Manager

We are launching a fast-growing Crypto Payment Gateway focused on high-risk industries β€” iGaming, Adult, Trading platforms β€” across LATAM, Eastern Europe and CIS.

We are looking for a driven and industry-aware Crypto SDR / Lead Generation Specialist who understands how high-risk merchants operate and knows how to engage decision-makers in this space.

If you know the difference between a PSP and a gateway, understand what rolling reserve means, and feel comfortable reaching out to founders and Heads of Payments β€” we should talk.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Build and execute outbound lead generation campaigns targeting high-risk merchants
  • Identify and qualify Gaming, Adult and Trading platforms in LATAM / EE / CIS
  • Reach out to decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Head of Payments, Operations) via:
    • LinkedIn
    • Telegram
    • Cold email
  • Generate and qualify meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain clean and structured CRM pipeline (HubSpot / Pipedrive or similar)
  • Work closely with Sales and Product to refine ICP and messaging
  • Monitor outreach performance and optimize sequences
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve positioning

     

 What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in B2B outbound lead generation
  • Experience in Crypto / iGaming / Forex / High-Risk payments (strong advantage, ideally mandatory)
  • Understanding of:
    • Merchant acquiring
    • Payment gateways & PSP ecosystem
    • AML/KYC basics
    • High-risk vertical dynamics
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Telegram outreach
  • Hands-on experience with email automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake or similar)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong written and spoken English (B2+ level)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with metrics

 

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience selling or generating leads for:
    • Crypto payment gateways
    • High-risk PSPs
    • iGaming platforms
  • Existing network in LATAM / CIS / Eastern Europe
  • Experience working in a startup environment
