Right now Snotor is looking for a Lead Generation & Growth Manager. We offer IT-outsourcing services all over the world and give you an opportunity to work on interesting and powerful projects.
First of all, we need good, independent specialists. to take our lead generation and client acquisition to the next level.
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Manager who will take ownership of our existing acquisition channels — primarily Upwork, as well as inbound and rating platforms — and systematically optimize and scale them.
This is not a “build from scratch” role.
You will work with existing systems, improve efficiency, increase output quality, and gradually drive further growth.
Mission
To increase the effectiveness, predictability, and scalability of our lead generation channels by optimizing performance metrics and strengthening operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Upwork Channel Optimization (Primary Focus)
- Audit and optimize company profiles and positioning
- Improve proposal strategy and messaging quality
- Increase response rate and conversation quality
- Manage and optimize boosting budget
- Improve invite handling strategy
- Reduce cost per conversation
- Analyze lost opportunities and identify patterns
- Run structured A/B testing initiatives
Goal:
Increase high-quality conversations and meetings without proportionally increasing acquisition costs.
2️⃣ Inbound Channel Development
- Analyze inbound traffic sources and lead quality
- Improve conversion rate (click → lead)
- Optimize presence on Clutch, DesignRush, GoodFirms, etc.
- Work with marketing team on positioning, messaging, and CTAs
- Structure and standardize inbound processing
3️⃣ Analytics & Performance Management
- Define and track KPIs per channel
- Analyze funnel metrics:
- Identify bottlenecks in acquisition funnel
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Work with CRM and lead tracking systems
4️⃣ Continuous Improvement & Scaling
After stabilizing performance:
- Scale high-performing strategies
- Launch and test new acquisition experiments
- Improve automation
- Reduce inefficiencies and operational waste
KPIs
- Growth in qualified leads (MQL/SQL)
- Reduction in CPL
- Increased response and meeting rate
- Improved win rate
- More predictable pipeline generation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation
- Proven hands-on experience with Upwork
- Experience optimizing marketplace or performance-based channels
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience in IT services / digital agency environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make)
- GA4 or web analytics experience
- Experience managing a small team
- Experience with rating platforms (Clutch, etc.)
