Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and product roles
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and candidate profiles
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS data accuracy
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards)
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • English level: B1+ (spoken and written)
