Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and product roles
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
- Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS data accuracy
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards)
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- English level: B1+ (spoken and written)
