SEO Specialist (Product / FinTech / Framer)

We combine financial technology - company incorporation, business accounts and cards, spend management, accounting, and tax - with AI-powered advisory services. Our mission is to simplify financial operations so founders can focus on growing their companies.

Our team includes former founders, fintech operators, engineers, accountants, and creatives working together in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

We are looking for a product-focused SEO Specialist who will work directly with leadership and product design to drive organic growth and search visibility.

This is not a content-only SEO role. You will help shape product and marketing decisions through search data and translate SEO strategy into implementation-ready tasks for engineering execution.


You will collaborate directly with:

• CEO / Leadership - growth priorities, product direction, market positioning
• Product Designer - landing structure, UX flows, information architecture
• Engineering & Framer Developer - implementation of SEO tasks and technical improvements
  
  Requirements
   
• 3-5+ years SEO experience (product or startup environment preferred)
• Strong technical SEO knowledge
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering
• Ability to translate SEO insights into technical implementation tasks

• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset

• FinTech / SaaS / Web3 experience 
• Framer understanding (not mandatory)

  Duties
• Define SEO roadmap aligned with product and growth goals
• Conduct keyword and search intent research
• Perform competitor and SERP analysis
• Identify organic growth opportunities
• Define site structure and internal linking strategy
• Define metadata, schema markup, and indexing strategy
• Plan Core Web Vitals optimisation strategy
• Prepare implementation-ready tasks for engineering and Framer developer
• Track performance via Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools

• Deliver insights and optimisation recommendations
