⚙️Role Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, multichannel)
  • Research target accounts and segments based on ICP (using leadgen tools and databases)
    • Re-aproach current leads in CRM
  • Write and adapt outreach messaging and follow-ups
  • Manage and optimize outreach campaigns
  • Book intro and demo calls for the sales team (3 sales managers)
  • Work in CRM: manage leads, stages, and activities
  • Track and analyze campaign performance:
    • open and reply rates
    • conversion to calls
    • conversion to SQL
  • Test new outreach hypotheses (segments, messaging, channels)
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams

 

⚖️Requirements

  • Experience in SDR / Lead Generation / Outbound Sales roles for at least 1 year
  • Hands-on experience launching outbound campaigns
  • Understanding of sales funnel and SDR role in pipeline creation
  • Strong outreach writing skills (email, LinkedIn)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience with outbound tools and automation platforms
  • Ability to track, analyze, and improve campaign performance

🔦Must-have:

  • Strong spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Ability to communicate confidently with prospects worldwide

 

 

☀️Nice to Have

  • Experience in product or SaaS companies
  • Experience working with US/EU markets
  • Understanding of ICP-based targeting
  • Experience with A/B testing messaging

Hands-on experience with tools such as Clay, Instantly, and HeyReach, FullEnrich
