About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead or Head of Paid Acquisition to manage and scale Promova’s user acquisition across Web and Mobile.
 

In this role, you will take full ownership of our paid growth engine — from strategic P&L responsibility and media-buying excellence to team leadership and marketing automation. Your mission is to transform acquisition into a predictable, scalable, and data-driven growth machine that directly impacts the company’s revenue trajectory.
 

This position offers a clear path toward broader marketing leadership, including overseeing UA, Creative, and Production functions.
 

Your Areas of Impact
 

  • Strategic Budget & P&L Ownership:
    Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar monthly advertising budget ($1M+), ensuring efficient allocation, profitability, and sustainable ROI.
  • Scalable Growth Systems:
    Build and optimize systematic, data-driven acquisition processes that enable predictable growth at scale.
  • Channel Leadership (Hands-On):
    Lead paid acquisition across key platforms including Meta and Google (core focus), as well as TikTok, AppLovin, Snapchat, Pinterest, and others.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Lead, structure, hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing UA team across Web and Mobile. Set clear goals, manage priorities, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Creative & Experimentation Excellence:
    Own and organize the creative testing process — test new creatives, geos, campaign structures, and scaling strategies. Systematically identify and scale winning approaches.
  • Marketing Automation & MarTech Innovation:
    Automate workflows using in-house and third-party tools. Drive AI-first marketing operations and leverage early access/partnerships with major ad platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner closely with Marketing Leads, Product, Analytics, and Creative teams in a “super-squad” format to align acquisition with business goals.
  • Performance Analytics & Insights:
    Analyze campaign effectiveness, build forecasting models, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize performance.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in User Acquisition / Paid Growth within B2C subscription products.
  • Experience managing $1M+ in monthly ad spend.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Meta and Google Ads (mobile experience is a plus).
  • Experience working with additional paid social platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Sheets, Tableau, Amplitude, and forecasting models.
  • Deep understanding of user psychology and performance marketing principles.
  • Proven people management experience, with a track record of building and developing UA teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking — ability to connect creative strategy, campaign performance, and business objectives.
  • English level B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher) — confident in leading meetings, interviews, and external communication.

Interview Process

  • Intro-call with Recruiter (40 minutes).
  • Meeting with the Acting Marketing Director (1 hour).
  • Tech Interview + Bar-raising (1 hour).
