Resource Manager

What you will do

• Expand and maintain our partner network and freelancer database
• Find suitable freelance specialists for open positions
• Review candidate profiles, prepare polished CVs, and prepare candidates for interviews
• Work with documentation and conduct negotiations
• Maintain up-to-date candidate statuses, pipelines, and partner information
• Work closely with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of resource requests
• Continuously improve and streamline resourcing processes
   

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in resource management, recruitment operations, or staffing coordination in an IT services company
• Experience working with outsourcing/outstaffing partners or freelance networks
• Experience working with ATS systems
• Confident LinkedIn user with strong sourcing skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, pipelines, and spreadsheets
• Experience collaborating with delivery or project teams is a plus
• English level Intermediate or higher
