Delivery Manager (Middle)

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will take ownership of delivery across multiple international client accounts, lead engineering teams, and ensure smooth project execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead teams of engineers and specialists
  • Own several client accounts and ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Be deeply involved in communication, planning, coordination, and people management
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and help shape new engagements
  • Grow together with the company and contribute to building internal delivery culture and processes
     

We are looking for someone structured, confident, proactive, and ready to take real ownership of delivery across multiple international accounts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across several client accounts: planning, execution, deadlines, reporting, and overall delivery quality
  • Work directly with international clients, gathering requirements and managing expectations
  • Lead developers and technical specialists, supporting workload planning, performance, and growth
  • Maintain visibility over priorities, tasks, risks, and resource needs across accounts
  • Ensure proper time tracking, workload distribution, and alignment between client expectations and internal capacity
  • Prepare and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, progress updates, and status reports
  • Support pre-sales activities including discovery calls, scoping, and estimations
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, communication routines, and quality standards
  • Act as the main operational contact ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery
     

Requirements

  • 2โ€“4+ years of experience in project or delivery management in a service-based IT company working with international clients
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, planning, estimation, prioritization, delivery control, and reporting
  • Solid theoretical knowledge (PMBOK or similar frameworks) with practical application experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects or engagements simultaneously
  • Experience in people management including 1:1 meetings, performance support, and workload distribution
  • Experience working in staff augmentation and mixed delivery models
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with client relationship management experience
  • Confident English level B2+ for daily communication with clients
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive delivery management skills
     

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP, or equivalent
  • Experience with pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and delivery planning
  • Understanding and practical application of Agile delivery models
