Our team combines deep industry expertise, high operational standards, and a strong performance-driven culture. We’re now expanding our marketing department and seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who will scale our influencer/streamer acquisition across LATAM and other priority regions.

 

Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Manager will own the entire cycle of creator partnerships β€” from research and outreach to campaign management, execution, and performance analysis. Your core goal is simple: build cost-effective influencer funnels that bring stable, high-quality traffic and deliver measurable ROI.

This is a hands-on position requiring strong market knowledge, creativity, communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Acquisition

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive high-quality traffic to BigD brands.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, streamers, creators, and micro-creators across LATAM.
  • Negotiate collaboration formats, pricing, KPIs, and campaign expectations.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: from idea and scripting to content approval and final publication.
  • Prepare detailed briefs, technical requirements, scripts, and creative angles.
  • Coordinate communication with creators, agents, and production teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Optimization & Performance

  • Monitor campaign results and optimize based on KPIs, traffic quality, conversion rate, and ROI goals.
  • Identify winning formats and scale successful partnerships.
  • Track budgets, payouts, and deliverables.

Research & Reporting

  • Prepare competitive analysis and market landscape reports for influencer activities in LATAM.
  • Track industry trends, new platforms, and emerging traffic opportunities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the marketing and growth teams.

     

What We Expect From You

Experience & Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with influencers in the LATAM region.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and streaming platforms.
  • Ability to evaluate influencer profiles based on audience quality, geography, engagement, and cost metrics.
  • Solid understanding of performance indicators: CR, CTR, CPC, CAC, ROI, retention metrics.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools used to monitor creator performance and track campaign results.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-driven mindset and comfort working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
