Implementation Specialist

Weβre looking for a Implementation Specialist. This is not a traditional QA position.
The role combines: Client implementation, Hands-on QA testing, Documentation
You will work directly with our system, configure client setups, test new features, and help structure knowledge for users.
Main Responsibilities
Client Implementation
β Onboard new clients into the system
β Configure flows, creatives, logic blocks
β Insert and align required code structures
β Execute repetitive technical tasks with high accuracy
Manual QA Testing
β Test new features before and after release
β Validate use cases and edge scenarios
β Identify inconsistencies and usability issues
β Ensure proper functionality after implementation
β This is practical system testing, not code review.
Documentation
β Create clear how-to guides in English
β Document new features
β Structure internal and client-facing instructions
Mandatory Requirements
β Good English, both written and spoken
β Strong attention to detail
β Technical mindset
β Fast learner, able to explore systems independently
β Reliable and precise
β Honest and transparent in communication
Nice to Have
β Basic understanding of SaaS platforms
β Experience with Jira, Slack, or similar tools
β Curiosity about product and system logic
