Middle Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial experience to join a long-term enterprise-level project for a well-known international client.
The project is a complex digital product with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on scalable delivery and high-quality execution.
Requirements
Must have
- 3+ years in PM roles within dynamic environments, with a proven history of meeting business objectives.
- Experience managing enterprise-level clients and overseeing multiple concurrent small-scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Strong ability to hit tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Skilled at aligning team output with client expectations and navigating stakeholder needs.
- Exceptional verbal/written skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- A quick learner who adapts seamlessly to new tools and evolving processes.
- High-level multitasking and organisational discipline.
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
Nice to have
- Experience managing Salesforce-related projects
Responsibilities
- Lead the estimation process, define resource requirements, and build comprehensive project timelines.
- Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Monitor team effort and billable hours to optimize resource use and provide stakeholder updates.
- Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement recovery strategies to keep timelines on track.
- Manage team utilization and workloads to balance productivity with burnout prevention.
Manage invoicing workflows and facilitate the team salary review process.

Client: a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand that operates over 130 hotels and resorts across nearly 50 countries.
You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).

Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.

You can work completely remotely, or from the office in Kyiv or Lviv, or choose a hybrid format.
