Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial experience to join a long-term enterprise-level project for a well-known international client. 

The project is a complex digital product with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on scalable delivery and high-quality execution.

 

Requirements

Must have

  • 3+ years in PM roles within dynamic environments, with a proven history of meeting business objectives.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients and overseeing multiple concurrent small-scale projects.
  • Expert proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Strong ability to hit tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Skilled at aligning team output with client expectations and navigating stakeholder needs.
  • Exceptional verbal/written skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • A quick learner who adapts seamlessly to new tools and evolving processes.
  • High-level multitasking and organisational discipline.
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Salesforce-related projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead the estimation process, define resource requirements, and build comprehensive project timelines.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Monitor team effort and billable hours to optimize resource use and provide stakeholder updates.
  • Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement recovery strategies to keep timelines on track.
  • Manage team utilization and workloads to balance productivity with burnout prevention.
  • Manage invoicing workflows and facilitate the team salary review process.

     

About Project

Client: a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand that operates over 130 hotels and resorts across nearly 50 countries.

You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).

Stage

Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.

On our side: 33 people: Solution Architect โ€“ 1, Tech Leads โ€“ 2, Salesforce Developers โ€“ 9, QA Lead โ€“ 1, QAs โ€“ 8, Admin Lead โ€“ 1, Admin โ€“ 1, SFMC Specialists โ€“ 3, BA Lead โ€“ 1, BAs โ€“ 4, PMs โ€“ 2.

Client side: management team and several support experts.

Work Schedule

You can work completely remotely, or from the office in Kyiv or Lviv, or choose a hybrid format.

  4. Client interview
