About the role
We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Affiliate & Marketing Platform — the systems that power partner onboarding, tracking, attribution, reporting, and payout/reconciliation. This is a business-critical role at the intersection of commercial performance and technical delivery. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Data, Affiliate Ops, Marketing, and Finance to make our partner channel scalable, reliable, and transparent.
 

What you’ll do
Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Affiliate & Marketing Platform, ensuring clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
Drive improvements across the affiliate lifecycle: onboarding → tracking → reconciliation → payouts.
 

  • Partner with Engineering/Data to improve tracking accuracy, attribution logic, and reporting reliability(postbacks/pixels/APIs).
  • Build tools and dashboards for internal teams and external partners to support performance, transparency, and trust.
  • Lead API and data integrations with partners, networks, and internal systems.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs (e.g., tracking accuracy, data freshness, dispute rate, time-to-onboard, payout accuracy).
  • Align stakeholders across Affiliate Ops, Marketing, Finance and Tech — turning needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Strong understanding of attribution & tracking (postbacks, pixels, S2S, APIs, conversion tracking).
  • Familiarity with commercial models (CPA, Rev-Share, Hybrid) and how they connect to data and payouts.
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, data exchange), stakeholder management, and backlog ownership.
  • Comfortable working with data — asking the right questions, validating assumptions, and driving decisions with metrics.
  • 4+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager (platform, MarTech, affiliate, or partner products).
  • Proven experience owning an affiliate/partner platform or similar performance marketing product.

 

Nice-to-have

  • iGaming / betting / digital entertainment experience.
  • Experience with partner portals, self-serve onboarding, fraud/risk workflows, or automation of reconciliation/payouts.
  • Background in AdTech, performance marketing, marketplaces, or fintech partner ecosystems.
