Your Responsibilities

  • Search and analyze relevant projects on Upwork
  • Write personalized and high-quality proposals
  • Communicate with potential clients
  • Qualify leads and schedule calls
  • Maintain CRM and track leads
  • Monitor competitors and market trends


Requirements

  • Experience with Upwork lead generation
  • Strong written English
  • Understanding of IT / web / mobile development services
  • Organized, responsible, and result-oriented
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
