Brand and Visual Strategy Designer (Swiss IT Group)

We are looking for a visual strategist and a strong designer in one person to join a Swiss group of IT companies operating at the forefront of Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Secure DevOps.
 

Responsibilities:
 

End-to-End Brand & Product Design

• Full ownership of brand and visual products from concept to implementation and quality control
• Working across multiple business units (Insights, Casts, DevOps, Secure) within a unified visual style
   

Concept Creation

• Generation and development of creative concepts
• Building visual languages for complex IT solutions
   

Brand Strategy

• Development and maintenance of a cohesive visual identity
• Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials
   

Graphic Design & Identity

• Brand identity and corporate materials
• High-end client presentations
• Marketing and communication assets
   

Visualizing Complexity

• Visualization of complex topics such as data security, cloud architecture, and DevOps processes
• Transforming technical schemes into clear, structured, and visually compelling content

Creative Mindset

• You enjoy ideation, creative exploration, and seeing concepts come to life in real products
   

Experience in Brand / Visual Design

• Strong portfolio with cases in B2B or IT (brand identity, corporate design, presentations)
   

Strategic Thinking

• Ability to think systemically and approach design from a strategic perspective
   

Languages

• English — Intermediate+
   

Tools

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Figma
• Strong presentation design skills
