MyTaxiCRM is a fast-growing SaaS platform built to make fleet operations transparent, efficient, and data-driven. We empower taxi fleets across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia to manage drivers, vehicles, and finances seamlessly all from one place.

Our technology integrates with leading ride-hailing platforms like Uber, Bolt, and Careem, helping fleets boost efficiency by up to 30% within the first month.

 

We’re now scaling globally and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow our team, shape our culture, and keep our Kyiv HQ running smoothly.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for people operations — balancing recruitment, culture, and office management:

 

Recruitment (60%)

  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for roles across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and relationships with talent platforms.
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve our hiring process and employer brand.

 

People Partner Tasks (25%)

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and internal communications.

 

Office & Admin (15%)

  • Manage office operations, suppliers, and team events.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, equipment logistics, and company documentation.
  • Ensure a great atmosphere and a productive environment for our growing team.

 

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or office management — ideally in a tech or startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Ukrainian.
  • A “can-do” mindset — proactive, empathetic, and always two steps ahead.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or mobility/transportation industry.
  • Familiarity with basic HR policies, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Event organization or employer branding experience.
