Our client is the world's leading company in the medical device sector and has several programs of cooperation with GlobalLogic. We develop and test the native mobile application that collects therapy data of the medical devices, presents therapy data to both patients and doctors via cloud service and gather the data in the personal therapy management software system. The project is focused on developing a tool that enhances the recovery process and supports dealing with permanent health disorders, what in the final outcome saves the life of a patient.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
- Mandatory experience in the Medical/Healthcare domain, with solid understanding of industry‑specific processes, regulations, workflows, and compliance considerations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Core Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to take the lead in product and requirements management, including direct client‑facing responsibilities.
- Strong capability to plan, manage, and prioritize product feature backlogs ensuring continuous readiness of development tasks.
- Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy aligned with business goals.
- Skilled in value assessment, creating business cases, and prioritizing epics, themes, and user stories based on ROI and strategic impact.
- Solid experience performing and facilitating Agile ceremonies involving both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Advanced expertise in backlog management, iteration planning, and user story elaboration following industry best practices.
- Close collaboration experience with Product Management teams to maintain a well‑structured and value‑driven product backlog.
- Ability to lead release planning, set clear delivery expectations, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of removing impediments and enabling development teams to meet sprint/release commitments.
- Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate market trends, user needs, competitor landscape, and product roadmap impacts.

Business & Functional Analysis
- Own and maintain comprehensive documentation of business, functional, and system requirements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to design and propose effective business and product solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to elicit, clarify, refine, and validate business requirements.
- Develop deep domain and product knowledge to support engineering and design teams with accurate context and insights.
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Partner with clients to shape product strategy, scope, and design decisions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
- Influence product direction by providing insights into industry trends, competitive analysis, user behaviors, and best practices.
- Ensure the product backlog reflects high‑value, customer‑centric priorities and evolves in response to business objectives.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with internal engineering, design, and QA teams to drive successful and timely delivery of product features.
- Facilitate transparent communication across stakeholders regarding progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
- Support the team during implementation phases by providing clarifications, acceptance criteria, and functional guidance.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and promote Agile principles within the team and with client stakeholders.
