Technical Project Manager (AI Development)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a new strategic direction in the company — AI-first MVP development.
The role focuses on delivering fast, cost-effective MVPs using modern AI-powered development tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants) rather than building classic ML models from scratch.
This role combines technical leadership, AI solution design, and project ownership, with strong involvement in presales and early-stage product shaping.

Key Qualifications:
● Excellent English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
● 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
● Strong ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional specifications and high-level technical designs (architecture diagrams, data models, basic DB schemas)
● Hands-on background as a Software Engineer or QA Automation Engineer.
● Practical experience using AI tools for software development, such as: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.), AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, similar tools), prompt engineering and workflow orchestration.
● Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
● Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban).
● Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA).
● Excellent communication, leadership, and hands-on management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience delivering AI-powered or AI-enabled products (especially MVPs or early-stage products).
● Understanding of LLM-based architectures, including: API-based AI integrations, AI agents and automation workflows.
● Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

As a Technical Project Manager you will:
● Participate in presales activities: сlarifying client requirements, proposing AI-driven solutions, helping shape MVP scope and approach.
● Design AI-first MVP architectures, focusing on using existing AI services and tools.
● Fast prototyping and scalability-ready designs.
● Provide technical estimations and delivery plans for AI MVP projects.
● Take full ownership of projects, including: technical design and architecture, planning, budgeting, and execution, risk management and delivery control.
● Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and day-to-day execution.
● Coordinate and guide developers, ensuring focus on speed, practicality, and MVP goals.
● Track progress, manage priorities, and report clearly to stakeholders.
● Continuously improve AI development workflows and best practices within the company.
