Recruiter (Client and Talent Acquisition) to $2000
We are looking for a 360° Recruiter to join our growing startup and take full ownership of both client acquisition and talent delivery. This role is for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys autonomy, and wants to directly influence business growth — not just fill roles. You will work closely with the founder and act as a key revenue-generating partner, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Account Management
Proactively source and engage new clients (startups, scale-ups, SMEs)
Build and manage long-term client relationships
Conduct intake calls and deeply understand client hiring needs
Advise clients on hiring strategy, market insights, rates, and timelines
Negotiate terms, fees, and cooperation models
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process
Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → placement
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
Prepare and present high-quality candidate profiles to clients
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations
Support candidates through onboarding and post-placement follow-up
Build and optimize recruiting and sales processes from scratch
Contribute to employer branding and outreach strategy
Maintain CRM / ATS data accuracy and reporting
Actively suggest improvements to tools, workflows, and positioning
Work closely with the founder on growth initiatives and priorities
Requirements
Proven experience as a 360° Recruiter, Full-Cycle Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant
Hands-on experience in both client acquisition and talent sourcing
Strong understanding of the recruitment market (preferably IT / Tech / Digital roles)
Confident communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a startup environment
Strong organizational skills and ownership mentality
Experience working remotely with distributed teams

Background in IT or tech recruitment
Existing client network
Experience working in agencies or early-stage startups
Familiarity with ATS / CRM systems and sourcing automation tools
