Growth Lead (Paid + Funnels + Product Conversion)

 

Bookimed is a global medical treatment platform helping people choose the right clinic and doctor across multiple countries. It’s a high-ticket, high-trust category where “more traffic” is meaningless unless you can convert it into real patient decisions.

 

We’re building a growth engine that combines performance marketing + conversion funnels + product improvements, and we’re looking for a Growth Lead who can own this end-to-end and make it scalable.

This is not a “run ads and report CPM” role. It’s a role for someone who thinks in repeatable growth loops: channel → creative → landing/funnel → offer → product conversion → economics → scale.

 

What you’ll own

  • Build and scale paid acquisition across the channels you’re strongest in (Meta / Google / TikTok / YouTube — not all required).
  • Turn “campaigns” into repeatable growth plays (creative + funnel + offer + product conversion).
  • Drive conversion improvements with product thinking: landing pages, onboarding flow, trust/proof, messaging, friction removal.
  • Shape a performance-driven creative system (ads creatives, UGC-style assets, content that converts — not “nice content”).
  • Run a consistent testing rhythm: launch → learn → decide → iterate → scale.
  • Lead and align a small cross-functional group (paid / content / SMM + tight collaboration with product and sales).

 

What success looks like (first 60–90 days)

  • You’ve launched and validated 1–2 scalable growth plays that show clear positive momentum and can be expanded with budget.
  • The team is operating with a stable experimentation cadence and clear priorities — without founder micromanagement.
  • We have a clear path to scale what works and kill what doesn’t.

 

What we’re looking for

Must-have

  • Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing (you’ve scaled spend, not just managed agencies).
  • Real funnel/CRO instincts: you can improve conversion with structure, not opinions.
  • Solid understanding of unit economics and how to scale profitably.
  • Ownership mindset: you don’t need perfect conditions — you create them.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in high-ticket lead gen, marketplaces, or complex decision journeys.
  • Strong creative sense for performance (what actually makes ads convert).
  • Comfort working with product teams and shipping improvements fast.
