Junior Business/Market Analyst to $1050

We are an American recruiting company with more than 30 years of success in the U.S. recruiting market.

We are looking for a curious and thoughtful individual to help research the staffing and recruiting market and support internal business improvement initiatives. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys learning, asking questions, organizing information, and turning observations into practical suggestions.

Training and guidance will be provided. 

What You’ll Do:

• Research the U.S. staffing and recruiting market, particularly IT and professional services
• Help identify potential growth opportunities, such as new industries, locations, or client types
• Review internal workflows and basic performance metrics to help spot areas that could be improved
• Assist with competitive and market research to understand how other companies operate
• Explore and compare tools or technologies used for sourcing, recruiting, and operations
• Organize research, notes, and findings in a clear and structured way
• Summarize insights and practical recommendations for management
• Support team members during the rollout of approved improvements

• Help track whether changes are being used and working as expected

   

What We’re Looking For:

• Natural curiosity and interest in how businesses work
• Comfortable researching information and summarizing what you learn
• Organized and able to keep notes, documents, and findings clear
• Able to explain ideas simply and practically
• Focused on what can be improved and how, without over-explaining unless asked
• Experience in research, operations, administration, or analysis is helpful but not required
• Availability to work the following fixed schedule (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday:

  • From 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
