Manual QA Engineer (Mobile) for a Sports Tech Application
We are looking for a Part-Time Manual QA Engineer to support a long-term mobile application testing engagement.
The role is focused primarily on regression testing for iOS and Android applications, with occasional wearable testing and basic API validation. This position is suitable for a QA engineer who is comfortable with structured regression cycles, mobile testing practices, and domain-specific logic validation.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing
- Strong hands-on experience with iOS and Android application testing
- Solid regression testing experience and ability to maintain test cases
- Clear and structured bug reporting skills
- Experience with emulators/simulators and test builds (e.g., TestFlight, Android Beta)
- Familiarity with issue tracking and test case management tools
- Good written and verbal English communication (Intermediate+)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Functional understanding of golf terminology and gameplay mechanics
- Knowledge of scoring logic (par, birdie, bogey, etc.)
- Understanding of course navigation and gameplay flows
- Ability to validate golf-specific features and logic
- Basic familiarity with Postman or API inspection tools will be a plus
- Experience testing wearable apps (Apple Watch / Wear OS) will be a plus
- Access to real iOS and Android devices will be a plus
- Responsibilities:
Execute manual regression tests on iOS and Android apps - Verify UI, workflows, notifications, transitions, and user flows
- Document reproducible bugs with clear steps and environment details
- Validate feature behavior after updates and releases
- Participate in test planning and scenario refinement
- Perform basic API validations when needed
- Support wearable app testing (Apple Watch / Wear OS)
- Report findings in the teamβs bug-tracking system
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify issues
- Provide feedback from a user perspective when relevant
