Lead Generation Manager
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our team and drive our outbound client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will focus on promoting our services (team augmentation and project outsourcing) across the North American and EMEA markets.
We are seeking an autonomous specialist ready to own the full outbound cycle: from deep market research and configuring complex automation workflows (Clay, Reply.io) to initial lead qualification and pre-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement multi-channel campaigns to attract clients in NA and EMEA markets.
- Build and maintain high-performing workflows using Clay and Reply.io (Email and LinkedIn).
- Independently research and build targeted contact lists (Lead Researcher support is available when needed).
- Execute targeted outreach to priority accounts following GTM and ABM strategies.
- Conduct initial lead qualification (SQLs), participate in discovery calls, and assist the Sales team in scoping and deal progression.
- Maintain 100% of activities, communication history, and pipeline stages exclusively within HubSpot.
- Follow up on event-generated leads and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on joint pipeline acceleration campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 2โ4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales development.
- Expert-level proficiency with Clay and Reply.io (or similar sophisticated outreach tools).
- Experience managing the entire sales funnel within HubSpot.
- Experience selling or generating leads for IT services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation.
- Ability to execute GTM/ABM strategies rather than just "sending volume."
- Fluent English (C1+) with the ability to confidently join sales calls and support pre-sales qualification.
