Poklyk is a product company dedicated to developing and enhancing web and mobile applications Orderry and RO App - designed to automate and optimize SME operations. Our solutions help businesses streamline their processes and adopt a more technological approach to management.

 

We are building a Omnichannel Sales Team to make our product the perfect fit for eCommerce businesses. This team will focus on seamless integrations with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and third-party logistics providers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales experience for our clients.

 

As a Middle Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and scaling our POS module, ensuring it meets the needs of modern omnichannel businesses. We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and skilled professional who brings not only strong product management skills but also hands-on experience and domain expertise in eCommerce and omnichannel retail

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing integrations with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Horoshop), marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Rozetka), and delivery services.
  • Identifying and eliminating functional gaps within our product.
  • Building integrations with existing POS systems (focusing on Square).
  • Developing our own POS system to enhance omnichannel sales.

 

What We’re Looking For Domain Expertise

  • Proven experience in eCommerce or omnichannel retail products.
    Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including: Online stores/  Marketplaces /Payment providers / Logistics / POS systems
  • Ability to navigate the eCommerce landscape, identify integration opportunities, and translate market needs into product solutions.

     Professional Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing B2B web products.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including configuration.

     

    Work Approach

  • A structured, systematic approach to work.

 

Would be a plus:
- Background in programming and solid understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience in developing CRM/ERP systems.
