Outcore is the largest provider of aged Google Ads accounts sourced from Tier 1 advertising agencies and a one-stop solution for Google Ads media buying, from farmed accounts to insider services.

 

Role Description

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This position requires at least two years of experience in affiliate marketing and more then 2 years of experience managing a sales department. The role also includes managing and mentoring the sales team, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting account management, and analyzing sales data to inform decision-making processes. 

 

Qualifications

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for entering new markets.
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills in Affiliate Marketing.
  • Participating in strategic planning and product line development.
  • Building and developing partnerships with top teams in arbitration.
  • Attracting new clients and partners in the affiliate and media buying sectors.
  • Conducting comprehensive audits of processes, CRM, analytics, and funnels.
  • Developing transparent KPIs and operational standards.
  • Preparing weekly, summary, and analytical reports based on data.
  • Managing the existing sales team and scaling it up.
  • Holding daily meetings, coordinating tasks, and keeping everyone engaged.
  • Hiring new employees, onboarding, 1-on-1 meetings, PDP plans.
  • Creating and updating internal scripts, guides, templates, and the department's knowledge base.
  • Conducting training, presentations, and educational sessions for the team.
  • Monitoring sales, conversion, and retention plans.
  • Reactivating partners and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Interacting with marketing to strengthen lead generation.
  • Representing the company at industry events.

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing: understanding of arbitrage, media buying, traffic specifics, working with Google Ads.
  • Experience in attracting customers and partners in affiliate niches (teams, agencies, private buyers).
  • Management experience: managing a sales department of at least 5 people.
  • English language proficiency B2+.
  • The opportunity to travel on business trips and visit EU countries.

 

Work Conditions

  • Format: remote.
  • Schedule: 5/2, 10:00 a.m. โ€“ 7:00 p.m.
  • We provide services, tools, equipment, and access to analytical platforms.

 

Financial Compensation

  • Salary: $2000 + bonuses for KPI.
  • After probation: $2500 + bonuses for KPI.
  • Probation period โ€” 3 months.
