Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and developing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and retention. This role is both strategic and hands-on and will work closely with leadership, managers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits and related HR programs
- Lead the performance management process, including evaluations, feedback cycles, and development discussions
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, best practices, and people-related matters
- Implement and improve strategies for employee engagement, retention, and professional development
- Lead recruitment processes in collaboration with our in-house sourcer, including interviewing, hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees
- Foster and actively support a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- Maintain and manage HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data
- Organize and support events, including online and offline team activities, workshops, and company gatherings
- Support leadership with HR analytics, insights, and recommendations as we prepare to scale
- Continuously improve HR processes and documentation to support company growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
- Previous experience in the IT or tech industry is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Confident spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a growing, fast-paced environment
