Senior HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end HR budgeting across 10+ projects and maintaining budget templates
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating multiple data sources
• HR data analytics and reporting to support strategic decisions
• Process improvement and automation, including ETL pipelines
• Ensure HR data integrity and quality
• Provide analytical support to HR and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in data analytics with a focus on HR, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency with HRIS and analytical tools
• Advanced Google Sheets (Apps Script preferred), Power BI, SQL; Python is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ETL skills, experience with large datasets
