Business Analyst

Delta M is a product IT company that is part of the international group of companies Delta M Group, which has been successfully implementing software solutions worldwide for more than 18 years (our products are used across Eurasia, Africa, and Latin America).
 

Our software — Delta M. CRM and Delta Tel — is installed in more than 100 banking and financial institutions in over 20 countries and is the best system solution in terms of the “price/functionality” ratio.
 

Due to business expansion, the company is looking for a Business Analyst for the IT department, to join the team in Ukraine (remote format).
 

Your responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting client business requirements.
• Writing technical specifications for the development or modification of software functionality.
• Verifying that the implemented functionality complies with the stated requirements and quality standards.
• Managing integration projects and coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Developing, optimizing, and analyzing SQL queries to ensure efficient database performance.
• Maintaining project documentation, including technical and user documentation.

• Identifying and analyzing opportunities to improve existing processes and systems.

   

It is important for us:

• Knowledge and practical application of Use Case and User Story.
• Experience in creating technical specifications (TS).
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• SQL knowledge at the level of writing queries and procedures.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing data exchange methods using APIs.
• Knowledge in the field of information technology — CRM systems, IP telephony.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.
   

Will be an advantage:

• Technical education (higher / incomplete higher education).

• Knowledge of the financial sector domain (banking, debt collection, including legal processes, credit monitoring, telemarketing).
