Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for our clients and internal teams. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external collaborators, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
This role is critical in maintaining smooth workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction while supporting a fast-growing digital services agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate tasks between content creators, SEO specialists, designers, developers, and account managers
- Track project progress and adjust schedules/resources to ensure timely delivery
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates
- Facilitate regular check-ins and status meetings with internal teams and clients
- Manage client expectations, scope changes, and approvals in alignment with company policies
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively identifying risks and providing solutions
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Review project outputs to ensure alignment with quality standards, branding, and client guidelines
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, compliance, and confidentiality protocols
- Identify potential issues early and escalate to relevant teams for resolution
Resource & Risk Management
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects
- Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor team workloads to prevent burnout and optimize efficiency
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
- Provide timely updates to leadership on project performance, risks, and outcomes
- Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to project workflows and SOPs
- Implement project management tools and best practices to enhance team productivity
- Support the onboarding and training of team members on project processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital, SEO, content, or marketing environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Notion, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Knowledge of SEO, content publishing, and digital marketing workflows is a plus
