Remotely Talents is a leading headhunting agency specializing in connecting top professionals with fully remote opportunities at EU- and US-based companies.

 

We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join and support our growing, high-performing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier remote professionals
  • Manage the full-cycle international recruitment process, including client communication, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead recruitment and selection processes across multiple roles
  • Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or headhunting agency is a strong plus
  • Proven experience successfully closing Digital Marketing roles (mandatory)
  • Solid hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Deep understanding of selection methods, interview techniques, and assessment approaches
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English (client communication and interviews)
