Lead Generation Specialist
About Us
We are a newly started outsourcing software company providing custom software development services to clients worldwide. We are building our first sales and growth team and are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist who can help us find, qualify, and engage potential clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, persistent, and comfortable reaching out to prospects through online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients who need software development or IT outsourcing services.
- Generate leads through at least one platform such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, email outreach, or similar sources.
- Send personalized connection requests, proposals, and follow-ups to prospects.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
- Maintain a lead tracking sheet/CRM with accurate details and follow-up status.
- Collaborate with the sales or management team to hand over warm leads.
- Continuously test new outreach strategies and improve response rates.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Persistent and self-motivated โ able to handle rejections and follow up consistently.
- Familiar with at least one lead generation platform (Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, etc.).
- Basic understanding of software/IT services is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in B2B lead generation or sales.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of cold emailing or LinkedIn outreach tools.
