UI/UX designer with experience in Telegram Mini Apps

About the Role

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with expertise in Telegram Mini Apps to join our product team. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging user experiences within the Telegram ecosystem, creating interfaces that work seamlessly within the platform's unique constraints and opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who understands mobile-first design and loves crafting experiences for millions of users.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Telegram Mini Apps, from concept to final implementation
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups tailored to Telegram's interface guidelines
• Design responsive interfaces that work flawlessly within Telegram's web view environment
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Optimize user flows for the unique navigation patterns of Telegram Mini Apps
• Design for Telegram's theming system, ensuring apps look great in both light and dark modes
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries specific to our Mini Apps
• Stay current with Telegram platform updates and new features

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience designing at least 2-3 shipped Telegram Mini Apps
• Deep understanding of Telegram's design patterns, UI components, and platform capabilities
• Strong proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool)
• Experience designing for mobile-first and constrained environments
• Understanding of Telegram WebApp API capabilities and limitations
• Knowledge of Telegram's design guidelines and best practices
• Ability to design within technical constraints while maintaining excellent UX
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and spacing
• Experience creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Telegram Bot API and how bots interact with Mini Apps
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Familiarity with design tokens and design-to-code workflows
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Portfolio showcasing successful Mini Apps with measurable user engagement

Technical Requirements Knowledge

• Understanding of viewport constraints and safe areas in Telegram
• Knowledge of Telegram's payment systems and in-app purchase flows
• Understanding of how Telegram handles sharing, deep linking, and notifications
