Retention / CRM Manager (Mobile App, Push, Email)

We are looking for a Retention / CRM Manager to own the full user lifecycle for a subscription-based mobile application (iOS & Android).

 

This is a core growth role, not a support function.

Retention directly defines LTV, churn, and subscription revenue, and this role has a real impact on business metrics.

 

You will design, build, and optimize lifecycle retention funnels across:

 

  • Push notifications
  • Email
  • In-app messaging (optional)
  • Other CRM channels as the product scales

 

Your primary focus will be:

 

  • converting free users into subscribers
  • reducing early and long-term churn
  • recovering failed payments
  • increasing subscription lifetime value
