Medior automation Implementator (No-Code / Workflow Automation) to $3000

We are a Belgian SaaS company developing a suite of B2B web applications. Our core product, HyperPortal, is a no-code platform that allows organizations to automate business processes and build structured databases without requiring technical knowledge.

To support our growing customer base, we are looking for an Automation Implementator who can translate business needs into well-designed, maintainable workflow automations.

Responsibilities

You translate business requirements into powerful, scalable workflow solutions within HyperPortal. Based on functional analyses and BPMN documentation provided by business consultants, you design and build smart, efficient automations from the ground up. You structure robust data models and logic that are built to scale, ensuring solutions are not only effective but also maintainable in the long run.

Working closely with business consultants, you refine requirements and help shape the best possible technical approach. You take ownership of the implementation, delivering high-quality solutions and clear documentation that supports internal knowledge sharing. While your primary focus is within the internal team, you occasionally engage with clients to support and explain technical solutions when needed.

You will not work with tools such as n8n, Make.com or Airtable directly. Instead, you will use our own no-code automation platform, which is conceptually similar. Existing experience with these tools is fully transferable.

Required experience and skills

• At least 3 years of experience working with workflow or no-code automation tools
(e.g. n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, similar platforms)
• Strong background in business and functional analysis
• Ability to independently implement complex automations end-to-end
• Experience documenting solutions in a clear and structured manner
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
