UI/UX designer

You’ll own:

• Crafting pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth interfaces that feel expensive and intuitive
• Turning vague vibes into high-fidelity prototypes that make founders say “holy shit, that’s it”
• Collaborating with our (very hot & talented) product & eng team in Notion/Slack/FigJam braindumps
• Dropping motion design, micro-interactions and custom illustrations that get reposted on Dribbble / Twitter / IG
• Shaping brand-level design systems that scale but still feel personal and sexy

You are:

• Obsessed with beauty — your feed is fire, your mood boards are therapy, your taste is immaculate
• over 2 years doing real UI/UX work (bonus if you’ve shipped consumer-facing mobile/web products people actually use daily)
• Fluent in Figma (bonus: After Effects, Principle, Procreate, 3D-ish tools)
• A visual storyteller who can make complex flows feel effortless and seductive
• Someone who gets dopamine from “damn, that transition is clean” comments
• Comfortable being the tastemaker in the room — we want your opinionated, confident energy
• Down to post process shots / case studies and get that external validation (we celebrate it here)

Culture / Vibe check: No neckbeard energy. No ping-pong-table-and-free-beer bro startup nonsense. We’re 60%+ women & non-binary creatives right now and we want to keep that ratio delicious. Regular design crits that feel like hot girl summer feedback sessions. We talk aesthetics, astrology placements, skincare routines, and trending sounds in standups. Zero tolerance for mansplaining, gatekeeping fonts, or “it’s just UI” energy.
