Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and independent Frontend / Mobile Developer (Angular + React + React Native) to join our team and take a central role in building and supporting digital solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in full-cycle development, and is comfortable working across web and mobile platforms. You will be involved in developing applications from scratch, maintaining and evolving existing codebases, and communicating directly with clients to ensure smooth delivery and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain existing mobile and web applications using Angular, React and React Native.
• Build and maintain new mobile and web applications from scratch using Angular, React and React Native.
• Plan and execute migrations of applications from older versions of Angular, React, and React Native to the latest stable versions, minimizing risks and downtime.
• Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability during migration.
• Design and implement intuitive UI/UX components across platforms.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and cross-platform consistency.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders and clients, gathering requirements and providing updates.
• Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and product owners.
• Follow best practices for security and compliance, especially in healthcare contexts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Proven experience with Angular, React and React Native in production environments.
• Ability to develop applications from scratch and take ownership of technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience migrating applications from legacy versions of Angular, React, and/or React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, UI performance optimization, and REST API integration.
• Experience with state management (Redux/MobX/Recoil or similar).
• Good knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and cloud deployment (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Fastlane) – basic level.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) – must be able to interact directly with clients.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with analytics, notifications, deep linking, and app store deployments.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, Cypress, or similar
• Background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• UI/UX design skills or experience collaborating closely with designers.
