Role Overview

TruxSpot is seeking a reliable and communicative Customer Support Manager to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them navigate our platform and ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Schedule (New York Time / EST)

This role follows a fixed US schedule. Please ensure you are comfortable with these hours before applying:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM โ€” 9:00 PM EST (12-hour shifts).
  • Work Days: 5 days per week.
  • Weekend Requirement: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls and provide clear, helpful information.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide new users through the registration process on the website.
  • Problem Solving: Address user concerns and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Maintenance: Ensure every user leaves the conversation satisfied with the support provided.

Requirements

  • English Level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. You must be able to speak clearly and understand native speakers over the phone.
  • Reliability: A stable internet connection and the ability to work the full 12-hour shift are essential.
  • Patience: A positive attitude when dealing with repetitive questions or frustrated users.
  • Stability: Preference will be given to candidates residing in stable or safe regions/areas to ensure consistent attendance and connection.
