Requirements:
— 3+ years of hands-on IT project management experience
— Experience with Web3 projects or at least familiarity with the crypto domain
— Experience with Agile methodologies: Scrum & Kanban. Understanding of principles, roles, ceremonies, etc.
— Experience managing various stakeholders simultaneously, including legal, finance, support, etc.
— Experience in building the reporting process to different stakeholders
— Good prioritization and time-management skills. Ability to maintain project schedules and keep team focus
— Intermediate+ English level
— Experience in budgeting: budget projection, cost tracking and invoicing process
— Excellent communication skills
— Advanced People management skillls

Responsibilities:
— Manage a distributed delivery team, ensuring alignment with project goals, scope, and timelines
— Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint reporting
— Own project planning and delivery, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure on-time execution; establish and maintain reporting to senior management
— Lead stakeholder management, coordinating cross-functional efforts with finance, legal, support, and other teams
— Perform people management activities, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning (PDPs)
— Prepare release notes and manage external communications related to product releases
— Promote and strengthen a product mindset within the delivery team, focusing on customer value and business outcomes
