Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to support our Business Development team by building high-quality prospect databases.

This role is fully focused on research, targeting, and lead sourcing. You will work closely with BDMs to ensure a stable flow of relevant merchants from high-risk and fintech-related industries.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lead databases for Business Development Managers
• Research and identify potential merchants in high-risk verticals (iGaming, Forex, digital services, subscription-based products, etc.)
• Source leads via LinkedIn, industry events, exhibitions, Google research, and niche industry sources
• Qualify leads based on ICP criteria provided by the sales team
• Work closely with BDMs to align on targeting priorities
• Keep lead data structured and organized in Google Sheets / shared documents
 

Requirements

1 year+ of experience in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role
• Experience working with B2B leads (fintech, payments, crypto, high-risk industries is a strong plus)
• Strong LinkedIn research skills
• Good understanding of how sales funnels and lead qualification work
• High attention to detail and structured approach to data
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
 

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-risk verticals
• Understanding of iGaming market
• Experience working with international markets
