Project Manager

We are DataOx, a product-driven outsourcing company that has been shaping the global data collection & processing industry since 2015. We’ve doubled in size since 2022 and now operate in a fully remote-first format. We’re looking for someone who is:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in outsourcing/outstaffing companies, with a total professional experience of 3+ years (preferably in companies of up to 200 employees).
• Experience managing teams of 5+ people.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously (minimum 5 at a time).
• Flexible, multitasking, challenge-driven, and skilled in workload planning and balancing team priorities.
• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice-to-have:

• Previous technical background (backend, frontend, APIs, DB understanding).
• A degree in Engineering / IT or Management.
