Business Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Business Communications Specialist who will be responsible for business communication, coordination of interactions, and support of working agreements.

 

This role involves active communication work, participation in discussions, and support of coordination between different stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • handling business correspondence and verbal communication in English
  • participating in calls and online meetings
  • coordinating communications and follow-ups on agreements
  • preparing presentations, emails, and other working materials
  • documenting agreements and ensuring further follow-up
  • collaborating with the internal team on communication-related matters
     

Requirements

  • strong spoken and written English
  • experience in business communication
  • ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and in a structured manner
  • attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel

 

Nice to Have

  • experience participating in negotiations or business discussions
  • experience preparing business or communication materials
  • basic understanding of business processes
