Trainee Talent Sourcer to $450

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Talent Sourcer/Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth office operations and attracting top talent to support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of office supplies, including food and beverages, coffee supplies, and other essential needs;
• Manage and monitor the office budget, including expenses and financial planning.
• Manage company merchandise inventory and quality;
• Communicate with cleaning services and the business center to resolve operational issues;
• Maintain and service the coffee machine to ensure it is always in good working condition.

Talent sourcing:

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles;
• Utilize various channels LinkedIn, Djinni, Work.ua, Robota.ua etc to identify and engage passive and active jobseekers;
• Screen and assess candidate profiles, resumes, and applications;
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies;
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of office management responsibilities and systems;
• Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• At least Intermediate English level;
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, and recruiting channels;
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures;
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
