For more than 5 years, we have been organizing sports tournaments, broadcasts, and developing our own sports community. We hold 45+ thousand events per month in esports and classic sports. BETER products are known all over the world - our content is represented in 150+ countries.
Our current partners are the world’s most famous trading giants.

Now we are looking for an HR Business Partner to drive and implement the people strategy in close collaboration with business leaders. If you enjoy partnering with managers, shaping organizational culture, supporting team growth, improving HR processes, and acting as a trusted advisor, then this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner closely with business leaders to support effective people management aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people, organizational, and leadership topics.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business and translate its needs into practical HR solutions.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, staffing, and succession planning.
  • Drive talent management activities, including onboarding of key and leadership hires.
  • Support and develop key talent to ensure continuity in critical roles.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
  • Facilitate feedback, engagement, and organizational health initiatives.
  • Handle complex employee relations cases and support leaders in challenging situations.
  • Analyze people data and provide insights to support decision-making.


Requirements:

 

 

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar roles in mid-size or large organizations.
  • Experience working closely with business leaders and supporting them on people and organizational topics.
  • Practical, hands-on knowledge of core HR areas, including employee relations, performance, talent, and retention.
  • Ability to understand business context and translate business needs into practical people solutions.
  • Experience handling sensitive employee relations cases with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with people data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day HR support with longer-term people and organizational priorities.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English, written and spoken.
