Sales Manager (Fintech / Payments, iGaming)
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join a fintech payments team working with iGaming merchants across Europe.
This is an office-based role in Riga, Latvia, focused on B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and long-term client relationships within the high-risk payments segment.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively attract and onboard new merchants (primary focus โ European markets)
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial offers
- Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to onboarding
- Work closely with product, compliance, and technical teams to ensure smooth launches
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles
Requirements:
- B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Proactive, self-organized, and result-oriented approach
- Fluent English (C1โC2)
- Existing network of warm industry contacts is a plus
- Experience with PSPs is a strong advantage
