Sales Manager (Fintech / Payments, iGaming)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join a fintech payments team working with iGaming merchants across Europe.

This is an office-based role in Riga, Latvia, focused on B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and long-term client relationships within the high-risk payments segment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Actively attract and onboard new merchants (primary focus โ€” European markets)
  • Conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial offers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to onboarding
  • Work closely with product, compliance, and technical teams to ensure smooth launches
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Proactive, self-organized, and result-oriented approach
  • Fluent English (C1โ€“C2)
  • Existing network of warm industry contacts is a plus
  • Experience with PSPs is a strong advantage
