Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to join a high-volume, performance-driven content and publishing operation.

This is a full-time, hybrid role on a B2B contract,  based in Warsaw, Poland.

You will personally own projects end to end - from content handoff to final publication - and then scale execution by building processes and managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own 15–20 ongoing content projects from execution to delivery
• Personally upload, format, QA, and publish content
• Ensure correct structure, layout, links, and final presentation
• Maintain consistent delivery schedules
• Ensure quality, engagement, and monetization standards
• Identify and resolve workflow or execution issues
• Build SOPs and workflows from hands-on execution
• Gradually delegate tasks and manage team output

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in execution-heavy roles
• Strong hands-on and execution-focused mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and QA skills
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
• Strong communication skills
• English level: C1

Nice to Have:

• Experience in content, media, or publishing
• Familiarity with publishing or newsletter platforms
• Experience scaling teams or operational workflows
