Customer Support Specialist in iGaming

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them navigate our platform, resolve technical issues, and ensure they get maximum value from our financial services. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to advocate for user needs and improve our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to payments, account access, transactions, and platform features
  • Guide users through account setup, verification processes, and product features
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, failed transactions, and billing concerns
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and collaborate with product teams to drive improvements
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and common issues
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams while keeping customers informed
  • Stay current on product updates, financial regulations, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, banking operations, or financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical or financial concepts in simple terms
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
  • Experience handling sensitive customer data with discretion and compliance awareness
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic during high-pressure situations

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with payment processing systems, KYC/AML procedures, or fraud prevention
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Multilingual capabilities
