Project / Product Manager (ML Team) - Game Development

Our client is a company that is one of the prominent providers of unique online slot games based in Spain. With a team of more than 30 developers, designers, and marketers, they are dedicated to creating innovative and captivating slot games. 

Overview: We’re looking for a Project / Product Manager to join a small ML team focused on building a RAG agent and internal AI tools for slot game development—covering discovery and product direction through delivery, pilots, and adoption.

Required skills:

• 3–5+ years as a Project Manager / Product Manager / Tech PM.
• Experience with either ML/AI products (chat assistants, RAG, recommenders, automation) or deeply technical internal developer products (DevTools/platforms/automation).
• Experience with engineering/ML teams: translating user needs into tasks, understanding production feasibility.
• Product thinking: problem/hypothesis, validation (interviews/surveys/experiments), metrics (usage, time saved, reduced routine, user satisfaction).
• Strong Jira/Confluence + understanding of dev processes (agile/kanban, code review, releases, tech debt).

• Technical fluency: specs/diagrams, sometimes JSON/YAML; high-level understanding of RAG.

   

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the product direction for the RAG agent and internal AI tools.
• Run discovery with client developers, support, and technical writers; prioritize use cases.
• Define MVPs/pilots and plan iterations with ML and infrastructure constraints in mind.
• Own the ML team backlog: prioritize by value/complexity, plan sprints; align with game development, support, and technical writing teams.
• Translate user requests into clear technical tasks and ensure deliverables become actually used functionality.
• Organize pilots, collect feedback and metrics, and decide - based on data.
• Drive adoption by integrating tools into workflows (Jira, Confluence, IDE, internal services) and supporting documentation/onboarding together with technical writers and developers.
• Manage ML engineers.
