Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Proxet team to play the role of a Product Owner responsible for an end-to-end solution for our clients, our clients from the Real Estate domain. The role is designated to ensure the smooth delivery of the product that meets customer expectations through understanding business needs, eliciting, documenting, communicating, and managing requirements from the project onset.

Our client is a global real estate services company specializing in the management and development of commercial properties. Over the past several years, the organization has made significant strides in systematizing and standardizing its reporting infrastructure and capabilities, utilizing Azure, MS Power Platform, Snowflake, and AWS. Due to the increased demand for reporting, the organization is seeking a dedicated team to expand capacity and free up existing resources.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner on software delivery teams (Agile/Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience in Real Estate and/or Finance, ideally including asset/property management workflows and terminology
- Proven experience owning a product backlog end-to-end from discovery through delivery, UAT, and release support;
- Experience delivering data and reporting products (analytics platforms, dashboards, KPI frameworks) with strong data literacy;
- Demonstrate a strong focus on detail and a user-centric approach;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including facilitating workshops, negotiating trade-offs, and managing expectations across business/UX/engineering
- Hands-on experience with process and data modeling techniques (BPMN/process maps, data flows, data dictionaries/semantic definitions)
- Strong analytical skills, including impact analysis, dependency management, and risk/mitigation communication
Capable of developing and integrating business analysis approaches into projects.
Nice to have
- Experience with assets/property management;
- Hands-on with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, or QuickSight;
- Familiarity with Human-Centered Design / JTBD for discovery and outcome definition.
Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and elicit functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and other relevant techniques;
- Lead product discovery efforts and produce clear actionable results, including problem statements, solution options, prototypes, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment;
- Design and own product roadmap and product backlog, including prioritization, dependency management, and release planning;
- Document, analyze, and break down requirements into clear, unambiguous, and actionable delivery items (epics, stories, acceptance criteria);
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders, UX, and the development team to shape solutions, clarify trade-offs, and confirm scope;
- Communicate with stakeholders and the team to manage expectations, surface risks early, and drive timely decisions;
- Maintain a single source of truth for requirements, definitions, decisions, and changes in a structured knowledge base;
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training by defining test scenarios, triaging issues, and validating acceptance;
- Advocate for business needs as a whole by assessing downstream impacts and ensuring changes remain consistent with agreed outcomes and KPIs.
