HR Manager / HR Business Partner to $1500

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager / HR Business Partner who will take ownership of processes across both our administrative and outstaff technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, development, and offboarding.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s and check-ins with both administrative and technical staff, including C-levels and team leads.
- Facilitate structured performance reviews, including 360° feedback collection and analysis.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement using surveys, analytics, and direct communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for resolving interpersonal and performance-related issues.
- Maintain accurate employee data in PeopleForce and ensure timely updates.
- Create, update, and implement internal HR policies (e.g., Salary Review, Adaptation, Exit).
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and leadership visibility.
- Manage internal communication: company digests, employee interviews, greetings, and updates.
- Organize and support internal cultural initiatives such as recognition programs, internal games, and rituals.
- Coordinate online team events, strategy sessions, and workshops to support engagement in a remote-first environment.
Work with the design team to ensure visual quality and consistency of HR communication materials.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in IT companies with a strong focus on outstaffing.
- Proven experience supporting outstaff engineers: maintaining connection, managing feedback cycles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across various levels of the organization.
- Confident in running 1-1 meetings, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Solid knowledge of motivation techniques (material and non-material) and employee engagement strategies.
- Comfortable with documenting and executing HR policies and processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleForce or similar).
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency — both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with the leadership and broader business goals.
